2020 in America. As you know, we’re living in unprecedented times that are wildly and certainly unpredictable. The unforeseen COVID-19 pandemic has drastically affected the lives of everyone here in the United States and around the world, while forcibly changing the way our society functions—at least for the time being. Due to the urgency of the situation we’ve been thrust into, we’ve had no choice but to adapt.

One main adaptation means spending more time at home than ever before.

Working From Home in 2020

So many of us are working from home and we are dependent on everyday utilities, such as electricity, water, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. In normal life, having your AC unit break or a water leak is a hassle in itself. Now, if one of these things were to happen, it will be more of a disaster than ever. Many companies are working with a lean staff/reduced workforce, meaning less availability and working shorter hours.

Electric, plumbing and internet are all absolute necessities and it’s imperative that these moving parts are functioning at 100%. While you and your family continue to stay home, it is essential that home maintenance is a top priority,

Aging in Place – Helping Your Family Stay Safe

Another issue that people are struggling with is close family members who may not be able to take care of these maintenance tasks,  due to age. We all know that retirement & assisted living facilities are a dangerous place for our family members at this time. We have always been advocates for Aging In Place.

By helping seniors stay in their homes longer falls directly within our mission of enhancing the quality of life in the home and providing environmentally friendly solutions. We would like to help them stay safe in their homes. Keeping the home healthy can prevent larger problems from arising in the future.
