This home remodel focused primarily on enhancing functionality and aesthetics while maintaining the original character. The kitchen underwent significant changes, including demolishing a pantry, opening up the wall to the dining room, and relocating appliances to improve flow. New cabinets were installed with a sink and dishwasher, along with a full-height pantry cabinet. In the guest bathroom, a traditional tub/shower combo was replaced with a tiled walk-in shower. Other subtle yet impactful changes were made throughout the home, such as converting a laundry space into a closet in the hallway and modernizing it with a tankless water heater. We replaced all the siding on the exterior of the home and painted it in a bright yellow, all contributing to a more functional and visually appealing living space.
