The Boxed In Bathroom $39,000.00
This project consisted of opening the bathroom up and converting the bath tub into a shower. It includes a frameless glass enclosure for the shower along with a bench and a new window. Other modifications include new tile floor, grab bars, new light fixtures, bathroom accessories and high quality plumbing fixtures. A new custom stained vanity was built with granite countertops and vitreous china sinks. There was great effort placed in making the remodeled bathroom fit the style and appropriate to the home, while also bringing new life to the space.
The Private Bathroom $25,000.00
This bathroom is part of a mid-century modern home that has been lovingly preserved in the original style. The goal was to revitalize the bathroom, update the hardware, and improve the function while keeping with the original style. This required finding the right tile and color scheme that would achieve the desired look. Some of the work in this project includes replacing the tub for a shower, replacing all of the tile, and updating all of the plumbing fixtures. The end result is a clean, open and comfortable bath that connects to the home’s décor.
The Double Bathroom $42,000.00
This project, while small in size, was quite a challenge. The existing bath layout included a Hollywood bathtub. This is a tub that is accessible from two sides and serves as a divider between the hall powder and the master bath. The tub was sinking into the ground and tiles would just not do. So, we removed everything, including the doors and the window, down to the studs. The new layout included an alcove tub and shower, a quartz countertop vanity and all new finishes and fixtures. As an added detail, we insulated the walls and installed a solid core door to reduce the amount of noise from the bathroom into the two adjoining bedrooms. The result is a very comfortable and bright bathroom, now only accessible from the hall and without the odd tub in the middle.
The Angled Tub Bathroom $42,000.00
The client for this project was unable to use their bathroom and required it to be wheelchair accessible. This meant removing a large tub to create more space for a roll-in shower. One of the two vanities was turned into a wheelchair accessible vanity and both received a complete remodel with new countertops and plumbing fixtures. The toilet room went from being a small closet-like space to open and easily accessible. The shower, as mentioned, was converted into a roll-in shower and increased in size to accommodate a wheelchair or a special bench. Grab bars and updated bathroom accessories were added as well as new flooring and paint. The result is an open and accessible bathroom that is also a major esthetic improvement.
The Double Vanity Bathroom $39,000.00
The goal in this project was to create a more accessible space for the client and match it to the specific esthetics of the existing home. The old tub was replaced with a more practical and comfortable shower with a bench, frameless glass enclosure and a new glass block window to brighten up the space. The linen closet was redesigned for better access. The flooring and plumbing fixtures were updated and great care was given to deliver the best in quality finishes. As with all of our projects, we updated or replaced all aspects of the room including AC registers, outlets, trim and paint.
